Finding corn as a basic food ingredient is not difficult. Corn can be found anywhere, almost every place there are people who sell corn, whether it is raw or already processed into a dish, one of the following recipes that I want to share is the perkedel jagung (corn fritters). perkedel jagung (corn fritters) or also called bakwan is a food made from corn, flour, chicken eggs, and fried. This food comes from Indonesia. Some variations use scallions, red peppers, onions, and garlic. source: https://id.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perkedel_jagung.

Mostly, Indonesian people serve this perkedel jagung (corn fritters) to be served along with other heavy food menu.  Like at my home, my mother usually makes this perkedel jagung (corn fritters) as an additional food side dish for lunch and dinner menu besides fish or fried chicken and vegetable.

On my blog, I want to share how to make perkedel jagung (corn fritters)  in simple and easy way, where anyone can make it. Here are the recipes that I have modified in accordance with basic ingredients and kitchen spices that can be found anywhere, including your country :)
